After typhoon Hayan (Yolanda) ripped accross Palo and Tacloban (province of Leyte, Oriental Visayas, Phillippines) in November 2013, with maximum sustained winds of 240 km/h reported, destroying houses, neighborhoods and leaving thousands of people dead and whole families dissapeared… just another storm, typhoon Hagupit (Ruby), hit the same foundations where families were working on trying to rebuild their lives.
